GG Swim was born from a deep love for swimwear and the very real frustration of how our bodies change from season to season, or even month to month. Whether it was through sport, lifestyle, or just the natural rhythm of life, I found myself constantly changing but my swimwear never did.

That’s when GG Swim was born: adjustable swimwear made “for every version of you.” It’s designed to fit you, not the other way around, so that you can feel confident and comfortable in your own body, exactly as you are.

Created by a proud Capetonian, GG Swim is a celebration of local craftsmanship and community. Every piece is designed, drawn, printed, and manufactured right here in Cape Town, supporting local artisans and small businesses to help reduce unemployment and strengthen our creative economy. Our very first print is inspired by the beauty and spirit of Cape Town because there was never a more fitting place to begin.

Even our fabric tells a story of care, it’s made from recycled plastic bottles, because we believe in protecting the very oceans we love. Why add more plastic to the world when we can create something beautiful from what already exists?

This brand has been years in the making, a dream imagined by a teenage girl, now finally coming to life. GG Swim is more than just swimwear; it’s a reflection of growth, sustainability, and self-love.
